Sponsorship and Merchandise

So, my company has decided to sponsor a British Touring Car again this year.  Included in the sponsorship package is the following: Company Logo splattered on various parts of the car, VIP tickets to every race with hospitality, a chance to use the actual car for our own promotional activities and coverage on the telly.

Amazon and Ebay

I just bought a book on amazon and yet again, it’s not arrived. Now I have to go through whole process of arguing with this idiot to come to a satisfactory conclusion.  But, as usual you know what will happen, Amazon won’t do anything and neither will the seller and eventually I’ll just give up, again and lose the money AGAIN!!!!

Golf Cross - The new game

Travel - The Green Issue and why it annoys me

I wanted to talk about this in my blog as the green issue is rapidly spiraling to the forefront of everyone’s mind and it’s getting on my nerves.  I just received a press release about lessening our impact on the environment in which, it states that there are huge variations in individual greenhouse gas emissions.  Is this news?  You’d have to be stupid not to have figured that out already. Subliminal Advertising

Just saw this on Digg - Food Network Running McDonalds Subliminal Ads

I think this is a serious issue yet few people on digg seem to agree. If it’s true, it’s a violation of your rights and a dangerous thing. Whether or not McDonalds were a party to this or not I don’t know but subliminal advertising does work - if it didn’t why would it be illegal? It’s a serious issue that shouldn’t be taken lightly and if McD’s are doing this they should be brought to trial for it. Read the rest of this entry »
